Trunch Accomodation

Children love to get out of the cottage (not because the cottages aren't great, but because its fun to play outside!) and this is a great benefit of staying in a country cottage. Great weather can never be guaranteed for every day, and there's obviously a chance of a downpour.

When the weather takes a turn for the worse its a great time to stay indoors and play some classic family games. Many cottages now have DVD players so maybe its worth taking a few a classic movies with you.

Or you can just embrace the weather and get out there in a raincoat, splash about, and pretend that you really are still young.

All the booking agents we work with have good customer service teams, so please contact them if you have additional questions or encounter any problems. Nearly all country cottages have free parking near the property, but you may find the urban cottages to have more parking restrictions.

Although you may not be familiar with the Trunch area you'll usually find that the owners have left a welcome manual with details of local places to eat, drink and buy supplies. Trunch has long been popular as a place to stay and we encourage you to investigate the surrounding area as much as possible.

We hope you have a really enjoyable holiday in Trunch and remember us next year when it comes to finding the next great Norfolk cottage.

Families, Friends and More

Self-catering holidays can be the most fun in Trunch. It's so much more relaxing when you can eat when it suits you - cooking exactly when you want (and whatever you want).

You can decide what food and drink you want to consume, and you can choose when to sit down and eat it... or even stand up and eat it! Relaxing by the river, reading a great novel, perhaps a pint in the pub - these are some of the favourite ways to enjoy some quiet time in Trunch.

On the other hand, there's a growing proportion of visitors who use their time away from home to get fitter and try new things - such as mountain biking, horse riding or canoeing.
