The best family rental holiday cottages in Tean are typically small homes for rent that can be treated like your own home for the duration of your cottage holiday. Pet-friendly cottages in Tean are on the rise however we do recommend that you ask in advance - unless it's stated on the booking details. We often have late availability offers on holiday cottages for family or group bookings but you'll obviously get a restricted choice.

Tean Accomodation

Cottage prices in Tean will range from high to low throughout the year, but clearly the summer months will be the most expensive as remand increases. July and August are usually school summer holidays.

Summer half-term usually appears in the first couple of weeks in June, although different types of schools have different dates. It's recommended to make an early booking to ensure your date, especially during high season, but it's not impossible to find a last minute opportunity.

In recent years there has been an increase in the size of cottage agencies. Generally speaking that means that someone is always checking the quality of Tean accommodation, either in person, or based on customer feedback.

Holiday Cottages

Whether you're going away with friends or family to Tean, you'll want to consider the type of accommodation you book. Do you need twin beds or double beds, can the kids share a room, will your friends all want separate bedrooms?

Many Tean visitors like to bring their pets (normally dogs) when they go on holiday. If the description of the Tean cottage does not indicate that its pet friendly, please contact the owner before confirming the booking.

Have a great holiday, wherever you stay. Hopefully it will be in a cottage found through us!

Families, Friends and More

Families love cottage holidays because they can run to their own schedule, managing everyone's unique needs in the privacy of a comfortable home. When you're so focused on the final destination, its easy to forget to pack some of the basics, so here are a few tips.

Although its not to all parents' tastes, you can buy very cheap in-car DVD players to amuse the kids, and they can often be plugged into the standard power sockets when you arrive. If the children are really young, don't forget to take nappies and / or a potty as you may find it harder to buy these at your destination.

Clothes for the full range of weather; just because you don't think that it looks good outside in the rain it doesn't mean that the little ones will agree.
