For a great stay in the UK with family or friends, holiday cottages are the best way to relax and forget about the stresses of normal life. Your chosen cottage should be clean and tidy on arrival, and if it is not you should inform the owner or agency immediately so that they can sort it out swiftly. Snacks for the car can make the trip to Radley much more pleasant - bored kids with low blood sugar are not the perfect companions. Sometimes just taking a few soft toys from home can make bedtime feel more comfortable in a strange house, and they don't need to take much space in the boot.
