We love cottage holidays and Nottinghamshire has some really great destinations and properties to rent, for families or groups of friends. The vast majority of our self-catering properties are cottages in rural towns and villages, but we do have some city based properties, many of which are apartments. Your chosen cottage should be clean and tidy on arrival, and if it is not you should inform the owner or agency immediately so that they can sort it out swiftly. A larger number of cottages will accept pets (and for pets, read 'dogs') but you must check first. Alternatively get back in the car, drive to a local pub, and hole up for the day in front of a fire and a couple of pints.

If you're travelling from a long way, you may not know much about Arnold so we suggest a little research in advance to find the best attractions. Some people ask whether bed linens and towels are provide, and in our experience linen is yes, towels can be no - but you should check with the owner / agency.
