NG15 Cottages
Cottages for families and friends in and around NG15

Many holiday cottages to discover!

In NG15, whatever time of year, and whoever you are with, we have a few suggestions for essentials to take along. Definitely pack some waterproof clothing. There's no such thing as a guarantee against the rain and there's nothing worse than being stuck inside.

If you like watching films and there's a DVD facility in the cottage then it's a good idea to stock up on some good movies so you can spend a couple of nights enjoying the classics. Finally you should take a few initial supplies, such as tea, coffee, milk, bread and some cheese. Of course you can usually buy them locally but it's easy to forget and there's nothing better than a cup of tea before you start unpacking. Many people have favourite places they return to again and again, whereas we like to find new places to stay.

NG15 Accomodation

Wherever you stay in NG15 there's usually a good range of fun to be had outdoors - from the most energetic sports to the most relaxing pastimes. You can never truly rely on the weather in NG15 or frankly anywhere in the UK.

We live in a country where we're no stranger to rain and preparing for the inevitable downpour is always a good idea. With wi-fi more and more common (but don't expect urban speeds) you could even download a few great tv shows or games.

Whatever you decide, we're sure it will be a memorable part of your cottage holiday in NG15.

Holiday Cottages

Whether you're going away with friends or family to NG15, you'll want to consider the type of accommodation you book. Is there agreement on an old fashioned cottage, or should you be looking for something contemporary with all the modern appliances?

Dog owners often like to spend their holidays in the UK so that they can take their four legged friends with them. If the description of the NG15 cottage does not indicate that its pet friendly, please contact the owner before confirming the booking.

Have a great holiday, wherever you stay. Hopefully it will be in a cottage found through us!

Families, Friends and More

Families love cottage holidays because they can run to their own schedule, managing everyone's unique needs in the privacy of a comfortable home. When you're so focused on the final destination, its easy to forget to pack some of the basics, so here are a few tips.

Although its not to all parents' tastes, you can buy very cheap in-car DVD players to amuse the kids, and they can often be plugged into the standard power sockets when you arrive. A long car journey can turn the most engaged children into bored zombies, so take some snacks and have a few games ready to play.

Clothes for the full range of weather; just because you don't think that it looks good outside in the rain it doesn't mean that the little ones will agree.
