Many holiday cottages to discover!

Whenever you're travelling to Moulton, there are a few things you should always take with you. Definitely pack some waterproof clothing. There's no such thing as a guarantee against the rain and there's nothing worse than being stuck inside.

If you have a DVD player in the Suffolk cottage, definitely take a few great movies. It's so enjoyable to curl up in the evening and watch a classic film. And then we always make sure we have good supplies with us when we arrive so that we can sit down and have a cup of coffee and perhaps a piece of cake before we start that boring unpacking! Many people have favourite places they return to again and again, whereas we like to find new places to stay.

Moulton Accomodation

Getting outside is one of the great benefits of staying in the countryside since so many of us live in urban centres where the air is polluted and greenery is a rarity. Banking on non-stop sunny Suffolk weather, however, can be a little short-sighted.

When the weather takes a turn for the worse its a great time to stay indoors and play some classic family games. With wi-fi more and more common (but don't expect urban speeds) you could even download a few great tv shows or games.

Alternatively get back in the car, drive to a local pub, and snuggle up for the day in front of a fire and a couple of pints.

Holiday Cottages

In the unlikely event that you are not delighted with your holiday cottage in Moulton please email or call the agency you made the booking with. Should you need to cancel your accommodation, again we ask you to contact the agent or owner since we cannot talk to them on your behalf.

The cottage owners may leave some hints for good places to visit nearby and on occasion we've even found that they'll suggest a specific pub or restaurant where you can get a discount. Moulton Suffolk cottages in are not just good value, but also offer the benefits of home comforts versus a hotel.

We hope you have a really enjoyable holiday in Moulton and remember us next year when it comes to finding the next great Suffolk cottage.

Families, Friends and More

Young children and babies can be more easily accommodated for in a holiday cottage where the parents do not feel pressure from other families who may not have young children. When you're so focused on the final destination, its easy to forget to pack some of the basics, so here are a few tips.

Although its not to all parents' tastes, you can buy very cheap in-car DVD players to amuse the kids, and they can often be plugged into the standard power sockets when you arrive. Check whether the cottage can supply cots or high chairs if you need them - you may be surprised how common this is in Moulton.

Clothes for the full range of weather; just because you don't think that it looks good outside in the rain it doesn't mean that the little ones will agree.
