Large or small cottage, holiday makers have the freedom to eat in, eat out, stay in bed all day and generally come and go as they please - unlike a bed and breakfast. Dog owners favour cottage holidays because many properties will not just allow pets but provide a few basic supplies. We often have late availability cottages to rent in Kingsbury for all seasons - spring, summer, autumn and winter.

Kingsbury Accomodation

Throughout the Warwickshire area rates will vary quite a bit throughout the year - clearly the winter is the cheapest time. July and August are usually Warwickshire school summer holidays.

Half term dates are different for different schools, but normally summer half-term is around the first two weeks of June. It's becoming less likely to book the best cottages last minute, but by no means impossible. We recommend you give it a try.

Some of the best cottages in the UK are fiercely independent and have incredibly high standards, and more recently the rise of agencies has helped increase standards right across the board.

Holiday Cottages

Our site does not make reservations directly and so we ask that any queries you have with the Kingsbury cottage are taken up with the owner or agency. Some of the best cottages in Kingsbury are really excellent and so we encourage you to make your reservation as soon as possible to avoid availability disappointment.

We've often found the properties have a list of nearby places to grab a bite or a beer - and if the owners are nearby they may filter down the recommendations based on your needs. If you're travelling from a long way, you may not know much about Kingsbury so we suggest a little research in advance to find the best attractions.

Some people ask whether bed linens and towels are provide, and in our experience linen is yes, towels can be no - but you should check with the owner / agency.

Families, Friends and More

Self-catering always makes your holiday more relaxing in Kingsbury. We like the freedom of eating meals when we want. There's something wrong with taking a holiday and then finding out that you have to get up early or you miss the breakfast you've paid for.

Of course it also means that you can skip a meal in the accommodation and just eat out - perhaps grab some fish and chips, or maybe a pizza or burger. For many people the idea of a Kingsbury cottage holiday allows them to relax, take long rambling walks and stop off at a country pub for a pint and a ploughman's lunch.

There's also a growing number of holidaymakers who just want to get really energetic and try new things, including abseiling, rafting, climbing and even potholing.
