Many holiday cottages to discover!

There's a good reason that cottage holidays are on the rise - they're simply the most fun and best value holidays in the UK. We work with many partners to provide the widest selection of self-catering accommodation we can find, and we hope this makes your search much more easy.

The best family rental holiday cottages in G8 are typically small homes for rent that can be treated like your own home for the duration of your cottage holiday. Always check with the G8 cottage owner before you take pets - although many are pet friendly. We often have late availability cottages to rent in G8 for all seasons - spring, summer, autumn and winter.

G8 Accomodation

Cottage prices in G8 will range from high to low throughout the year, but clearly the summer months will be the most expensive as remand increases. The school summer holidays generally run from the middle of July to late August.

Half term in the summer extends across the first half of June, as different schools break up at different times. It's recommended to make an early booking to ensure your date, especially during high season, but it's not impossible to find a last minute opportunity.

Cottage agencies are growing in size as a greater number of independents sign up with them. As a consumer this has a positive impact - in theory the facilities and standards are kept to a pre-agreed level.

Holiday Cottages

Whether you're going away with friends or family to G8, you'll want to consider the type of accommodation you book. Are you looking for a quaint old stone cottage in G8 with an open fire - or something a little more child friendly with nice warm carpets and central heating?

Many G8 visitors like to bring their pets (normally dogs) when they go on holiday. If the description of the G8 cottage does not indicate that its pet friendly, please contact the owner before confirming the booking.

We want you to have a great holiday so we wish you the best of luck finding your perfect accomodation.

Families, Friends and More

Families love cottage holidays because they can run to their own schedule, managing everyone's unique needs in the privacy of a comfortable home. Young children can make your stay even more fun, and we have a few suggestions of things to bring.

Whether there's a swimming pool attached to the property, or in the nearby leisure centre, swimming trunks and swimming costumes are easy to forget. A long car journey can turn the most engaged children into bored zombies, so take some snacks and have a few games ready to play.

Sometimes just taking a few soft toys from home can make bedtime feel more comfortable in a strange house, and they don't need to take much space in the boot.
