Your chosen cottage should be clean and tidy on arrival, and if it is not you should inform the owner or agency immediately so that they can sort it out swiftly. We know many of our visitors like to take their dogs with them and many cottages now allow this. We can help if you're looking for a holiday cottage or other accommodation in Fairfield to stay in with your family for a week or two or somewhere in Fairfield to stay with friends over a long weekend.

Fairfield Accomodation

The rates for Fairfield cottages are highest in the warmer months, generally aligning with the school holidays. July and August are usually Worcestershire school summer holidays.

Half term dates are different for different schools, but normally summer half-term is around the first two weeks of June. Last minute bookings are alway possible, though clearly your choices will be fewer. It really is worth booking early.

More and more cottages seem to be signing up with agencies to help with their bookings.

Holiday Cottages

Our site does not make reservations directly and so we ask that any queries you have with the Fairfield cottage are taken up with the owner or agency. Should you need to cancel your accommodation, again we ask you to contact the agent or owner since we cannot talk to them on your behalf.

Although you may not be familiar with the Fairfield area you'll usually find that the owners have left a welcome manual with details of local places to eat, drink and buy supplies. Fairfield has long been popular as a place to stay and we encourage you to investigate the surrounding area as much as possible.

A few properties have access to outdoor swimming pools, but please remember that these are often only accessible during the summer months, and that you are responsible for you own safety!

Families, Friends and More

Young children and babies can be more easily accommodated for in a holiday cottage where the parents do not feel pressure from other families who may not have young children. We've prepared a handy shortlist of things to remember for your holiday with kids, just to help the whole experience go well.

Whether there's a swimming pool attached to the property, or in the nearby leisure centre, swimming trunks and swimming costumes are easy to forget. If the children are really young, don't forget to take nappies and / or a potty as you may find it harder to buy these at your destination.

Sometimes just taking a few soft toys from home can make bedtime feel more comfortable in a strange house, and they don't need to take much space in the boot.
