Your chosen cottage should be clean and tidy on arrival, and if it is not you should inform the owner or agency immediately so that they can sort it out swiftly. Always check with the Pensarn cottage owner before you take pets - although many are pet friendly. Nearly all country cottages have free parking near the property, but you may find the urban cottages to have more parking restrictions. Although you may not be familiar with the local area you'll usually find that the owners have left a welcome manual with details of local places to eat, drink and buy supplies. If you're travelling from a long way, you may not know much about Pensarn so we suggest a little research in advance to find the best attractions. Some people ask whether bed linens and towels are provide, and in our experience linen is yes, towels can be no - but you should check with the owner / agency.
