Wherever you stay in Bedfordshire there's usually a good range of fun to be had outdoors - from the most energetic sports to the most relaxing pastimes. Banking on continual excellent weather, however, can be a little short-sighted in Bedfordshire. Although its great to be outside in Keysoe, you can often have just as much fun with your friends or family if you stay in and play some games. Many cottages now have DVD players so maybe its worth taking a few a classic movies with you. Whatever you decide, we're sure it will be a memorable part of your cottage holiday in Keysoe.
As a reminder, we do not actually take the cottage bookings, we simply connect your with the agencies or owners. Should you need to cancel your accommodation, again we ask you to contact the agent or owner since we cannot talk to them on your behalf. Although you may not be familiar with the local area you'll usually find that the owners have left a welcome manual with details of local places to eat, drink and buy supplies. Keysoe has long been popular as a place to stay and we encourage you to investigate the surrounding area as much as possible. If you are travelling from abroad, please make sure that you have the correct visas (if required) and all the passports are up to date.

Young children and babies can be more easily accommodated for in a holiday cottage where the parents do not feel pressure from other families who may not have young children. When you're travelling as a family with young kids there are several things we recommend you take with you. Although its not to all parents' tastes, you can buy very cheap in-car DVD players to amuse the kids, and they can often be plugged into the standard power sockets when you arrive. If the children are really young, don't forget to take nappies and / or a potty as you may find it harder to buy these at your destination. Clothes for the full range of weather; just because you don't think that it looks good outside in the rain it doesn't mean that the little ones will agree.
