Many holiday cottages to discover!

Cottage holidays are becoming more and more synonymous with the Great British Break, which is why we have created this site. The vast majority of our self-catering properties are cottages in rural towns and villages, but we do have some city based properties, many of which are apartments.

Staying in a B38 holiday cottage can be a perfect way to take a break as you can forget about household chores and focus on having fun, or a relaxing break. Always check with the B38 cottage owner before you take pets - although many are pet friendly. We have many of the best rental holiday cottages in B38 for a family or group of friends - for cottage breaks in B38

B38 Accomodation

Wherever you stay in B38 there's usually a good range of fun to be had outdoors - from the most energetic sports to the most relaxing pastimes. Great weather can never be guaranteed for every day, and there's obviously a chance of a downpour.

Although its great to be outside in B38, you can often have just as much fun with your friends or family if you stay in and play some games. With wi-fi more and more common (but don't expect urban speeds) you could even download a few great tv shows or games.

Or you can just embrace the weather and get out there in a raincoat, splash about, and pretend that you really are still young.

Holiday Cottages

Whether you're going away with friends or family to B38, you'll want to consider the type of accommodation you book. Are you looking for a quaint old stone cottage in B38 with an open fire - or something a little more child friendly with nice warm carpets and central heating?

Most dog owners like to take their four legged friends away with them on trips to B38. It's a good idea to ask the owner or agency whether you can take your pet inside the B38 cottage. And let them know if it's not a dog!

Have a great holiday, wherever you stay. Hopefully it will be in a cottage found through us!

Families, Friends and More

Self-catering is an ideal way to holiday in B38. No pressure from the owner to eat meals at specific times, when you are self-catering the food is ready when you want it to be ready.

Of course it also means that you can skip a meal in the accommodation and just eat out - perhaps grab some fish and chips, or maybe a pizza or burger. A large number of our visitors like to use their stay as an opportunity to just put their feet up, gaze at the scenery, take an afternoon nap, and enjoy a nice home cooked meal. Just taking it easy in B38.

On the other hand, there's a growing proportion of visitors who use their time away from home to get fitter and try new things - such as mountain biking, horse riding or canoeing.
